Every church begins with a strong foundation, but not all foundations are created equally.  We desire for our body of believers to understand who we are and where we derive our standards and beliefs from. Our foundation has been established by scripture and we solely operate within the prescribed guidelines as given to us by God through His spoken and written Word.

By lovingly equipping and encouraging the people God has entrusted to us, our mission is to make disciples that make a difference.  Through this mission, our vision is for these mature saints, living transformed lives and who are grounded in their faith, to be salt and light in this dark world.

Our Statement of Faith.

WE BELIEVE IN ONE GOD.

There is only one living and true God, eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, equal in power and glory. This triune God created all, upholds all and governs all.


THE BIBLE IS THE INFALLIBLE WORD OF GOD.

The scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the Word of God, fully inspired, without error in the original manuscripts, and the infallible rule of faith and practice.


WE BELIEVE IN A TRIUNE GOD.

GOD THE FATHER

An infinite, personal Spirit, perfect in holiness, wisdom, power, and love. He hears and answers prayer and He saves from sin and death all who come to Him through Jesus Christ.

JESUS CHRIST

God's only begotten Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit. We believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles and teachings. His substitutionary atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension into Heaven, perpetual intercession for His people, and personal, visible return to earth.

THE HOLY SPIRIT

We believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer in Jesus Christ as the abiding Helper, Teacher, and Guide. Coming forth from the Father upon the ascension of Christ, we are regenerated, sanctified, and empowered for ministry. He convicts the world of sin, righteousness and judgment. By the power of the Holy Spirit, we are able to exercise all the Biblical gifts of the Spirit, which we believe are for today.


ALL HAVE SINNED & FALLEN SHORT OF GOD'S GLORY.

We believe all people are sinners by nature and choice and therefore are under condemnation. God, through the Holy Spirit, regenerates those who repent of their sins and confess Jesus Christ as Lord.


WE BELIEVE IN THE UNIVERSAL CHURCH.

All who accept Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior are part of the Universal Church, the living spiritual body of Christ. He is the Head and all regenerated believers are its members.


WE BELIEVE JESUS CHRIST COMMITTED TWO ORDINANCES.

1. Baptism by immersion and

2. Communion *which is open to all believers.


WE BELIEVE IN THE LAYING OF HANDS.

We pray and lay hands for healing and the gifts of the Holy Spirit, as well as for the ordination of pastors, elders and deacons, who serve within the church.


WE BELIEVE IN THE PERSONAL, VISIBLE, RETURN OF CHRIST.

Upon the return of Christ, there will be the establishment of His Kingdom, the resurrection of the saints, and the judgment and everlasting blessing of the righteous. Those who chose to reject Christ will also experience judgment, but will ultimately receive an eternal sentence of endless suffering and separation.


WE BELIEVE IN "THE APOSTLES' CREED".

Established by the Word, through the Holy Spirit, the Apostles' Creed embodies the fundamental facts, teachings and beliefs of the Christian faith.
